(Seasonal/Part Time) – The Lamb Company is looking for demo help over the Easter and Christmas periods. If you have a bit of culinary experience, like lamb and people and enjoy talking about food or cooking…keep reading.  Food demos require standing for a 4-5 hour period and interacting with inquisitive shoppers. TLC will train demo staff on the features and benefits of imported lamb.  Basic cooking skills may be needed during demo.  Upcoming demos’ will take place at Stew Leonard’s in Norwalk CT, Newington CT, Farmington NY, Danbury CT and Yonkers NY.
