Fellow NZer Ray Willis lives in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan ( a province in the prairie-region of Canada ) and has been married to Lila, also from Saskatchewan since 1978. They have three children and five grand-children. Originally a panel-beater from Point Chevalier in Auckland Ray has been working as a civilian-employee of the Prince Albert Police Service for the last 20 years and is also a volunteer in several community organizations.
Ray is a former Rugby-referee in Canada but still an avid follower of the ‘great-Kiwi-game’ and hoping to see the Lions ‘mauled’ by the All Blacks this year. With his Formula Ford days in New Zealand long behind him, he still maintains an interest in motor-racing and an active involvement with Morris Minors, together with Kiwi-contacts in Canada and New Zealand.
